Because we have a huge passion for our forests. Our forests provide many products to society and are home to many creatures. The trees we harvest are renewable and one should not be wasted.
Our office is the greatest place to work with sunrise views and the people that work here are the finest. These people persevere in the elements and work hard if it is below 30 degrees or above 100, wet, dry or cold because they believe in unison on the value of the forests we work.
The best part of our job is coming back to an area we have treated, 20 or 30 years later and seeing the damaged trees we saved and now are twice as big with new seedlings rising from the ground.

Training and Safety
Bordges Timber employees are RT 130 Fire Carded and been trained in Fire Wild-land Suppression. Our equipment has all required tools and compressed foam fire suppression systems. Bordges equipment is Air Board Certified. Public safety along with personal safety is of the upmost importance to all of employees and management. Bordges Timber holds annual Safety Training for all jobs and personnel, including RT 130 Fire Training, ACRT Line Clearance (OSHA 29 CFE 1910, 269), CPR First Aid Training and training on all equipment. Bordges Timber holds daily tailboards along with JSA’s (job safety analysis) each morning.
